The story of a beautiful transformation. If I could do it, you can do it too!
I often hear people say that my slenderness is genetic.
No, it’s not genetics!
As a teenager, I gained quite a bit of weight. I had a large waist.
It was uncomfortable to see myself in the mirror.
The last straw was a trip to the theater.
A girl sitting behind me in the audience said that I shouldn’t move because I was too big, and she couldn’t see anything because of me.
I remember this incident with a smile now, but back then, it was a complete tragedy for me.
I decided to lose weight!
I bought books on healthy eating, wrote down a calorie chart, and followed it.
I started doing sports, which I still do to this day.
The first month was challenging as I worked to change my eating habits.
I lost weight, and the result definitely made me happy.
Over the years, these habits became the norm and a way of life.
It’s easy for me not to eat late at night, consume a lot of carbs, etc.
Do I eat junk food? Sometimes, yes—I want to! )
I’m a living person.
I feel uneasy if I don’t work out.
Those who exercise will understand.
It requires effort, but it’s all your own work, and you decide what’s best for you and the body that gives you life. Take care of it!
